Who makes your costumes?

Us. The actual clothing parts of the outfits are made with my grandmother heavily watching over us, since we're still newbies compared to her. The props and accessories are made by whoever they belong to, unless I get frustrated and Moreck has to help me. The wigs are solely Moreck's territory.

Who takes your pictures?

The 'quickie' galleries are usually pictures taken by either Moreck, myself, or a random family member/friend. The convention galleries are taken either by Moreck, myself, or a con-goer (if we're in the picture). If an individual picture is taken by a photographer it will be labeled as such in my flickr gallery. All other 'photoshoots' will have the photographer's name in the title.

Where do you get your accessories/fabrics?

The cosplay pages will normally list any materials we've used and where we purchased them, but on the off chance I forgot to add it in you can e-mail me to ask for specifics. Most of the time we check out craft stores (Michael's, Hobby Lobby) first, then costume stores (Gibson's, Party City), and finally resort to online stores for anything else we can't find. As for fabrics, we usually buy them from Hobby Lobby or JoAnn's Fabrics. The same goes for patterns.

Are you two related/dating?

We actually get the dating question more often than the related one, but for anyone who is curious about this, Moreck and I are in fact related.

Why are Kasumi's glasses on in some of the pictures?

The simple answer is because I prefer my glasses over contacts and I find them less of a hassle, therefore, I really don't want to shell out a bunch of money for contacts that I'm only going to use less than a week out of the year. However, when I do photoshoots I take them off so I don't ruin the effect of the photo (with the exception of Purim, we were so rushed I completely spaced!) but I do tend to leave my glasses on when I'm actually at the conventions. I'm trying to remember to remove them when people ask for pictures, but when you wear glasses everyday sometimes you forget they're even there.

Why are some of the photos hosted on Flickr?

The galleries that are hosted on Flickr are all the ones taken while walking around conventions, and that's mainly because they are just so many of them and I'd rather have them in a seperate account like Flickr than on my personal server. All photoshoots, construction photos, and reference pictures are hosted on my own server.
